Like a lot of web designers I didn’t go to school to learn design or development. My degrees are in completely unrelated fields. As a web designer and developer I’m close to 100% self-taught. That self-teaching isn’t random though.
In the past I have been unfortunate enough to encounter website owners that are so obsessed with return on investment they put their business objectives above the needs of their users. Although in the short term this can generate returns, it is a dangerous path to tread.
The Android platform is growing in popularity every day, and for good reasons. Obviously being an open-source project and having Google behind it makes it a great choice for developers. Read Article »
